It's 26 x 36 with a 12 x 33 room upstairs with a shower, toilet & sink.

Congrats on the build, it really looks good. Are you going to put a covering on the floor... maybe some epoxy, or race-dek tiles?

Nathan, I'm just west of Richmond in Chesterfield in an older established neighborhood. I had just enough room to squeeze it in.

Joe, the cabinets were my In-Law's old kitchen cabinets. They gave them to me when they remodeled their kitchen. It couldn't have worked out better and they look good.

Ben, once I get the driveway paved, I'll most likely polish the floor and put a clear on it to make it look shiney and slick. I'm not 100% sure though. I might go with a different color and then clear it.

Your garage looks great! I appreciate all the pictures. It's really true that a picture is worth a thousand words, especially when your trying to read lousy directions, e.g. garage door installation.
