I'm from Nashville,TN and currently looking for a house that I can build a decent sized garage in the back. Already been looking pretty hard at areas I know that it will pass and not have to fight the city or HOA's. I would love to be out in the country with some land and just build a giant metal shop but that isn't an option for me. My hobbies include diesel trucks, boats, and rock crawlers so the garage will be built for me. Planning on a 36x30 or smaller if I have too. Ceilings big enough for a two post lift or the family wakeboard boat pulled in with tower on it for detailing/repairs. Now just have to find a place with big enough backyard and get the set backs right
