From Va to WV- Need a big garage

Hi all!

Been reading lots here and finally joined.

Buying 6 acres outside of Franklin WV and looking to build a garage in the 30x40 size range, probably 12' walls.

Budget and needs are looking like a pole structure with posts on piers or perma columns. Insulated floor with radiant heat. 10 ft lean to on the 40ft side.

Likely built by Timberline or Morton. Building site is 5 hours from where I am living so I think I'd prefer a bigger company that knocks things out start to finish.

Any comments or advice appreciated.

Projects generally take longer than estimated, but almost never cost less than estimated.

A creative person could build a pretty large building with alternative materials and methods, but you might have to compromise on your dreams.
