My dewalt fell from top of a combine, it lived! 2nd day I had it!
Yeah, when part of my job was building crates with company supplied drivers (either Dewalt or Milwaukee) we beat the $hit out of them, used them as hammers, etc.I have seen so many drill and impact drivers dropped from height on job sites. Most of the time, they are fine. I have seen people snap them in half under the trigger.

I try to treat my personal tools nicely but they still get used hard, just part of the job
