Vintage Craftsman "Vari-Slo" variable speed control removed from working Model 100 drill press. Ran well except the belts should probably be replaced (one belt has a small cut in it), and ideally with notched versions for smoothest operation. Works with most King-Seeley drill presses, Models 100 and 150 for sure. Very rare
I don't have a manual to install it, but I can say that you only need to raise the DP head a few inches above the column to slip it into position. A couple of set screws hold it in place---no drilling required.
