All have scraped owners marks, but are in excellent mechanical shape. The top four are Langline. The bottom two are Proto.
I was looking closely at the Langlines and noticed that they had a stamp/date code similar to those of Snap On. I researched Langline and found this (see A&E):

It appears that these are essentially Snap On ratcheting box wrenches. They even look just like Snap On.
