I decided to sell this heavy duty flaring tool. I believe it does 37 degree flares. I bought it a while back but I've decided that I don't really need it. With this tool you can make single and double flares. It comes with 2 sets of die blocks that let you flare tubing in the following sizes: 1/8,3/16,1/4,5/16,3/8,1/2,5/8,3/4. The smaller sizes appear to be unused but there is some wear on the die block with the larger sizes. I don't think this would affect the functionality though.

It comes with it's own metal case and instructions.

If you are interested and have questions please let me know and I'll do my best to answer them (I'm not an expert). Thanks!

I'm only asking $50 + shipping (obo)

Neat looking flare tool.. I've been looking for one, but I need a 45 deg one to do SAE double flares. I dont see any adapters to do double flares.. how do you do those on your flaring tool ?

It is called a Roto Master because all of the "adapters" are mounted on a rotating wheel. You just simply use the appropriate die blocks according to the size of tubing you are using, and then spin the wheel and the choose the corresponding adapter. It has a "cone" setting that is used for the second stage of the double flare, and is also used to produce the single flare.

All of the searches I have done indicate that it does 37 deg flares. This is mostly based on second hand knowledge.

Here is a similar tool I found for sale (notice the higher price :) ):

Bump....last chance on this one. If not, I guess I'll just keep it just in case.

Just bought one to do 1/8" line flares. However, the two die blocks have only 3/8-1/2
-5/8-and 3/4 stamped on them. I don't see how you can flair anything smaller. Maybe supposed to be two more die blocks for the other 4 sizes?
??

Cool, you found the same one? Where? Yes, it should have a total of 4 die blocks. You are missing the other set.

Can you confirm whether it makes 37 deg flares or 45 deg flares? Thanks!!
