Missing glass, but otherwise appears to be in excellent shape with no owner marks. Hose is flexible and not dry rotted. If it gives trouble, i.e., does not work, you could possibly take back to Snap On.

Yes. Just found it. It is a 14mm Snap On adapter (14mm is a common size for most modern plugs). The adapter is in excellent condition and barely looks used.
