Ebay pricing is kinda weird. I've been following the auctions pertaining to Snap On 3/8" drive shallow & deep metric sockets for the last week or so. The shallow sockets seem to sell for a little less than the deep sockets most of the time. Last week a brand new set of shallow sockets sold for $45 and a used set of deep sockets sold for $42. More typically they sell for $60-70'ish per set used. I've seen shallow & deep sockets sell as cheap as $90 together for the whole set. Yesterday a nice set of deep & shallow sockets sold for $130, with a nice rack. So, they do fetch more sometimes. I have no clue why some sell for more when they're the exact same thing.

IMO, if you split the socket sets up you will get closer to your asking price. Selling them together is going to be a little more difficult to find a buyer that wants shallow AND deep sockets, but it's still possible.

Good luck!
