Hello, I have an Actron fuel pressure gauge kit 7838. It has been used only a few times. The part that opens the Schrader valve has disappeared. I contacted Actron customer service and was told a replacement was not available. The complete hose was also unavailable.

OTC has a very similar gauge, and they also have no replacement parts. I tried several auto parts chains with no success.

After some research I learned the fitting is an Army Navy size 4 swivel with Schrader valve opener. I have been unable to find anything like this online. I would prefer to find the correct part for the fitting I have or even a fitting with a hose barb.

Does anyone have a source for a solution? I could improvise a machine screw vale opener but prefer a correct part. I am sure this is not the first one to fall out.

have you looked at the industrial supply houses like McMaster-Carr, Grainger, Zoro?

It might be easier just to get a replacement fuel pressure tester.

59122 4 Seasons AC replacement gauge hose part
if separate parts 59100 depressor 59106 seal for 1/4 hose end
if local stores don't carry 4 Seasons A/C parts by name they can cross reference part number to theirs as most auto parts stores carry $ seasons parts if if not labeled by the name as in NAPA Temp parts are 4 Seasons
