Fuel Volume Measurement Tool?

Recently I have had some occasion to measure not only fuel pressure but also fuel volume. Outside of the MityVac MV5545 does anyone know of any other tools that fit the bill? I saw MAC does/did offer a tool, which is probably rebranded. I could always measure the fuel from the bleed off on my pressure gauge but wanted something purpose built if it is reasonably priced.

Are you looking to measure fuel/lift pump gpm numbers?

I just use an empty Powerservice bottle with the clear measurement line on the side, run the fuel line into it and time for 30 seconds and see what actual oz it moves versus rated.

I get wanting something purpose built, but it's still just going to be a jar with measurement lines on it. :D

Thanks for the feedback. I have been measuring with various containers that have measurement on them.

Sometimes issue only shows under load, was hoping to find something more spill-proof. On some of these marine engines the lift and high pressure pump are in the same housing, making it difficult to determine which fuel pump is failing.

Next step after graduated cylinders and a stopwatch is a variable area meter

https://www.badgermeter.com/technol...value=-2147483648&pressuremaxvalue=2147483647

You can get them at Grainger and similar places - Can run a hose out to them and back so they're watchable from wherever you are to help in troubleshooting.

Another option is a turbine - has advantages/disadvantages to the variable area ones above.

After that, it starts to get expensive :)
