I should have ask for advice sooner, but , I received new Farenheat FUH54 and now I wonder if It would be better to have 7500 watt version. Garage is 30x40 x10walls insulated.. wired with 50 amp breaker and #8 wire to 3 prong wall outlet.
I got the 5000 with the plan to put up wall and just heat 600 sq ft, but what about using 7500 and heating 900 sq ft. For $100 more what are the pros and cons?
Would be for occasional use until I retire. in central IL so quite cold here.
For wiring how about 3 prong to 30 or 40 amp breaker and then hard wire?
thanks

Thanks for reply. Since both units are same size I wonder if 7500 is putting out hotter air. Others have talked of 300* from the 5000 watt unit. Do you know air temp of your 7500 watt unit? tks Larry
