I was hoping you would weigh in, I have a Johnstone supply local so they will probably push me there. I have an acct I believe but I never use it so maybe not.... I have the door ******* for now

PM me if Jackfre can't find the part. I'm an HVAC contractor up here in Montreal we only sell Fujitsu. I'm sure I could get this part for you if still available.

Dunno if you ever got this sorted. I've had the same problem for a couple years and was afraid I'd have to buy a whole new door, but just found the part yesterday! Part K9319292014 and it's available for cheap, retail, shipped free. Sadly I'm a newbie who can't post links, but try fujitsu-general-america6 dot mybigcommerce dot com. (Weird URL but it seems to be a legit FJ site, their online presence is pretty wonky in places.)

I have 3 Fujitsu mini splits in my house (one ASU12RLS2 and two ASU9RLS2). All three experienced broken grill gears part # 9319292014. I called Fujitsu and they were kind enough to send me the 3 gears at no charge but they didn't include instructions. Have any of you swapped out the gear? If you have do you have diagrams, instructions or tips on the easiest way to swap those gears? Thanks

Hi, I have done the disassembly and reassembly and can help you with that. However, I have gotten nowhere with Fujitsu. They won't talk to me without being an HVAC tech, and the parts distributors won't sell to me either. How did you manage to get them to send you the parts?

Yes i do. Call them back ask for tech your from xxxxxx company does your company sell this unit under another label ( brand) your out of this gear # maybe another brand will have it. My customer has been a very good customer and i need to take care of them. U work in parts dept.
