It's huge (386 page). I've never seen a catalog of this size before. I found this link surfing for something else. Thought it might be of interest since it lists every single tool in the big tools sets, the smaller sets, etc. along with part numbers

Before I click on the link and "download" the pdf....how old is it????

It says copyright 2004, and it's got a picture of a NASCAR Craftsman truck pit crew on the cover, so it looks a bit dated. Having said that, it's probably a good reference document to have on the hard drive if you're traveling or stuck in an airport/hotel room and can't access the one you have at home, since many of the basic part numbers probably remain the same year after year.

LOL! Since I travel a lot, and have to purchase most of my tools by phone or computer from the road, I try to carry as many of my owners manuals and catalogs as PDF documents on my laptop computer. For example, just scanning my hard drive, I found catalogs for Lista cabinets, Avery aircraft tools, Bob's BMW motorcycle parts, Bavarian Autosports, Transair air pipework, plus owners manuals/service manuals/wiring diagrams for my cars, motorcycle, GPS, throttlebody synchronizer, MIG welder, and plasma cutter. :wtf:

Hey, what can I say? It's a sickness! :lol_hitti

My computer wallpaper has rotated between my car, my motorcycle, a Cobra replica, and a kit airplane. Right now it's the airplane (credit: Doug Reeves and www.VansAirForce.net). :pimpflash

So you have a more recent one in print at home? I've never seen this full catalog.

I just noticed the PDF is also indexed... click on a link within the PDF and you're brought to that page.

Yeah, I think the current print version available in Sears stores has a different cover. (I have one at home, but I can't check it right now.)
