Armstrong, Lenox, Whirlpool & perhaps others all use a control board with the part number - 47582-001. The pictures of each are identical. Does anyone know if they are all the same board & interchangeable? Inquiring minds want to know.

Found the flash codes for the Lennox board online, and they match those of the Whirlpool Gold series; I am ***uming the boards are identical. Anyone know otherwise?

I would say if the part number is the same and the flash codes are the same then the same company makes the whirlpool and lemon ooops I mean lennox :D. Whirlpool doesnt make furnaces so you can bet its somebody elses possibly lennox " rebadged " as a whirlpool.

Lennox doesn't sell under any other names, they do offer there Air-Flo line as a budget option but those are a complety different furnace.

I believe the whirlpool stuff is rebranded goodman.

A board may be the same in multiple brands of furnaces depending on who it is sourced from.
