Fuse panel wire strain relief types

I haven't had an electrician wire anything for years so I've been using the same type of electrical wire strain reliefs (metallic) when running a wire into the fuse panel. I recently had an electrician put in a fuse panel in my shed and noticed they used a single piece plastic push through strain relief going into the new fuse box. Is this the common method used now? Looks like it is simple to install but would be more difficult to pull a wire back out if needed.

Yep pretty common today cheap and fast, getting the wire back out is doable but that's not the concern on this job....

Just and FYI:

Those plastic strain reliefs (like shown in post number one) are installed from the outside of the box, and they prevent the cable from being pulled out. If they are installed wrong (from inside the box) they will NOT prevent the cable from being pulled out. So, in other words, they are intended to be used in one specific direction to achieve the desired result. When doing "remodel" or dealing with "old work" these plastic connectors can be purchased to achieve the same result, but they can be installed from the inside of the box, and still prevent the cable from being pulled out. I just picked up a few small packages of them for myself while doing a recent project.

I'm sure they are made by several different manufacturers but these are the ones I picked up from Menards:

Pretty common. Not as good but faster than a metal Romex connector. Looks like an Arlington nm94.
