Future (cut-n-run)

What's up guys, I've waited all my life a a nice garage, well the time has come. I have an old 30x40 pole barn, 12' walls 16' in the center no truss just been a storage spot here she is at her current state, know I'm gonna tere this one down and build 24x40 with a 16' carport. Once the barn is down, the ground has gotta be built up 2 feet, and where I'm going 40' wide, I'll have a extra 10' that's gotta have a lot of fill put in to bring it up. Wish me luck! It's a lot worse then it looks

Most folks would want to build bigger not smaller!

Well guys looks like 4 to 5 weeks before they start to build which gives me time to tear down the old one, ill post some pic of the tear down

well it's official I am going to be able to build, the ole barn is coming down SOON, took the loft down yesterday, took out all the electric, and started taking down the skid wood on the wall,

Yes definitely gonna save what I can for sure, when they start to build It will be 14' wider on the right here's a pic I have a lot of cost bringing up all the ground

I sure would NOT have done that if the structure was sound.

Well bill the structure was NOT sound 4 of the 6x6 were rotted at the base, poured water most of the perlings were water rott. Trust me I would have loved to have kept the ole barn but it's time for an upgrade.

C_F I am gonna build a polebarn/garage I think lol the roof is gonna be a 40x40 but I'm gonna enclose 24x40 and have a 16' foot front car port not sure what they call it lol
