Well after waiting for my permits for a couple months i finally got the go ahead and started the work on my new garage to hide all my junk.. my foundation engineer went a little overkill on the rebar specs but definately better more than not enough. here are a couple pics, and me thinking im gonna have to rob a bank to pay for the concrete!!

ya im in Socal. palm trees are a givaway aaa. ones real and the other is an antenna! the building is a 60X50 metal building. i wanted a wood frame at first, that i drew up but was getting insane quotes, went this route im happy. it has 3- 12X12 roll ups, and 16' eve, i had to have my foundation drawn up and they killed my with rebar. oh well. i still have to purchase my rollups anybody have a descent source and prices?

well i pretty much have her completed minus the doors and electrical which i have to save a few pennies to get to that. went together pretty descent. i will probably never do one myself again but im pretty sure it would be a lot easier!! my elbow was sore for a week or so from all the panel screwing but nobody fell off the roof!!
