I have BLT GFloor vinyl roll out mats in a black small coin pattern installed wall to wall in my garage going on three years now. Absolutley the best decision I made after failing concrete and epoxy.

Question though, I see the Hilway cleaners and sealers. Anyone use them and recommend. Is the cleaner that much better than basic soap and water?

For the sealer, I'm not looking for a glossy finish, just wondering if it would be a good protectant to prevent to need to clean as often. Does it wear down and start to flake off in time? I like a clean uniform satin finish, so if the sealer starts to look like **** and I need to remove it all at some point I won't be happy.

The cleaner is just a cleaner. Neutral PH

The Primo Plus and matte products are amazing. They add some protection
