I have a 1200 sq ft basement that was carpeted and during heavy flooding took some water. The wife is an asian clean freak and pulled all the carpet out. She's dead set on putting down some simple garage flooring now. Does G-Floor sound like a plan? I want something I can glue down. The original basement floor was plain commercial tile and lasted 30 years. I don't want anything water will get under. It only leaks in a couple of corners, but with carpet it was a mess. Shop vac/Carpet machine to **** the water out was painful. I'm thinking of G-Floor 2x2 tiles glued down in 2 colors for a pattern. Does this sound ok? She's got the concrete floor scraped down pretty clean (but not enough to paint). Use the peel off glue, or use better glue/primer? Thanks for any help guys/gals! Also any tips on where to buy it cost effectively would help.
