First time post here guys,

Can anyone tell me what this is called (outlines in picture)? I am wanting to add these on my gables and was Loki g for some plans and how tops. Any help is much appreciated.

I think the official name is "full eave return". An eave return is a short section of eave at the side of the gable. A full eave return extends across the gable.
