Insulation properties would certainly be good.

It seems like we see ads all the time for ways to replace framing, like "3D printing a house" and building walls out of various oddball materials and whatnot. Unfortunately getting the walls up is only about 5% of the effort. Maybe not even that.

Maybe a little more than 5% of a house but get your point. And for a garage, inside is done with these. But definitely easier for a first time builder I think.

So, uh, where do the pipes and ducts and wires and things go, and how do they get there?

Looks like it would be nice and quiet in there, anyway.
