Great progress. I really like the glass man door. One of those would match my glass garage door. Everything is coming along nicely

Thanks. I like it too. Especially since it is another one of my brother's donations to the cause. I like free. LOL

We have been putting the first layer of tape and mud on the walls to help seal them until we get the walls all done then we will go back and finish them out before paint.

Finally we are starting on the last wall. This one is going to be the biggest pain to do as it has all the wireing for the lean to electrical, wall outlets, cable, phone, internet and speakers most of which I know very little about. Also my work bench is going along this wall which will have extra wireing. Add in two more windows and you get the idea, pia. LOL

Looks a little different huh?

Got a lot of wiring done yesterday. I did suffer one small set back. One of the windows that we put in the east wall is totally clouded up. Cant see thru it at all. The other had a cracked pane in the lower sash that I was going to replace. I decided to just replace them both with new 5 foot windows. The 6 footers were going to interfere with the work bench I want down that wall anyway. Just going to have to replace the sheet metal on the outside and recut the holes and rebuild the framing. No big deal.

My brother came by and serviced my overhead door. Since we installed the insulation panels it wouldn't stay up. He tightened the springs and lubed them. Adjusted the rollers. It is much smoother and quieter now and stays where you put it. I can't wait till we get the ceiling in and I can put up the opener.

I finally got all the wiring in the east wall finished. Put in the cable and speaker wires, wired an outlet for the welder and finished the outlets for my work bench area. We tore the tin off the outside walls around the windows, tossed the 6 footers and put in the new 5' windows. Replace the tin with new and cut it for the shorter windows. I was hoping to be finished with this wall by now but have just had too much going on to get much shop work done. This is where this project stalls out for a while. I guess I wasn't hiding as good as I thought and they found me. Look's like I'm headed to Oklahoma for a few months on a job. Oh well, I guess you can tell them no for only so long before they quit being understanding. LOL.

The new windows. Still need to fix the lower framing. Maybe next winter.
