Hi all,
I'm in the process of buying a new build, but noticed the garage door doesn't fit snug to the concrete garage floor. About 4-5 ft of the door is approx 1/2" above the floor, while the rest fits properly to the floor. Would you think this is an issue with the installation of the door, or perhaps a poorly poured floor? The builder is saying that it will "flatten out" in the spring when the temperature is warmer, but it sounds like BS. Anyone have experience with this? I've attached a picture for your reference. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!
