Garage Addition - Need Input Please

I'm considering buying a new Toy Hauler that would require me to add onto my garage. FYI, the inside ceiling height is 13' 10"...the trailer is 13'5". Additionally, the inside length is just short of 35', the new trailer is about 42'.

I've added a picture of the front of the garage for information. The current garage door heights are 12'...I use the garage on the furthest left to store my current trailer.

I'm looking for thoughts about how to modify the garage to make room for the 5th wheel.

You'd have to have something to hold the roof up on all 4 sides. You can't really come through a hole in the wall that is as high as the interior. On a gable end you can, but of course you don't have that.

That's gonna be an expensive toy hauler. You'd have to remove the roof, extend the walls, and build a new roof. If it was a gable roof, you could just extend it, but that's harder to do on a hip roof, especially with the ridge running the wrong way. It will be hard to extend the brick fascia and make it look right. Then you have the problem of increasing the length of the walls and making the brick look good. Honestly, I'd consider a tear-down and new structure from the ground up. As I said- Expensive.

You both are validating my thoughts. Unfortunately, when I built Toy Haulers were just becoming a thing...the old 5th and traditional 5th wheels would fit. I might have to consider some form of a lean to on the side of the existing garage. It sure is nice to keep trailers out of the elements so they stay looking new.
