Garage and man door seal

I need to replace the bottom weather strip peice on both the man door and 18' garage door in the garage.

Can I just go to Lowe's/Home Depot/etc and get universal pieces for each door or is every door different?

Home Depot and lowes both carry them. I am not sure if they stock really long ones. They have the shorter ones (8ft and maybe up to 12ft) in stock. My size range may be off, but they have them.

Some doors have a seal that slides into grooves, these are special and you probably won't find those at HD or Lowes. There are many to choose from here.

Metal garage doors don't take the seals that can found at the box stores. There are several different types. Order it online in the style and length you need.

AS far as your garage door, if it's wood, HD etc. sell that type. If it's metal, cut off a small piece and take it to a door co. If they don't have it, they should be able to help you identify it. Many styles were used over the years.
