Garage apron q?

Hey guys. Anyone ever do their own concrete driveway or apron?
I've done a few concrete jobs in the past. Things like 12x 12 with great results.
But would like to try to do the sidewalk, steps (2 treads) to the porch and a large approx 30' x 30'apron in front of my garage. I am not against making two pours for the apron.
Any thoughts? Maybe it's too much?
I think I need about 13yds. Of concrete.
Local contractor gave me a price of 9k complete.
I can do all my own prep as I have a leader and a plate packer. Might need to rent some equipment but think I could do it for less than 3k.

I wouldn’t attempt pouring that by myself. i’d Definitely do all the prep work, forms and rebar by myself, then hire someone to help pour and finish it.

I'd have no issue doing the prep work myself but I'd grab some friends to help with the pour. You already have an idea of what to do, got any other family/friends with similar experience ?

Stuff like this is why I searched out and found a nice used bull float.

Seems my son's soon to be step brother in law is a concrete guy. He told me that he would help me do it.. I have to pay him for his time, but that will likely be worth it.

If he does it right, I'm sure you'll be pushing more work his way.

Do the sidewalk another time. The apron by itself is a lot of work. If you split it in half that would help. You do need a helper.

I have done pours that big and I don't use any power equipment, but I may be stupid for doing it that way.
