Hey guys, I have been super busy with business lately building business platforms on the cloud, everyone wants machine learning and AI these days and now blockchain... damn spy grid doesn't sleep .
Away from tech, I do have a special treat for all of you. It is a one hour long video of me building an attic hatch!

Essentially I am starting to go around and seal up everything I can.
Please let me know if you would have built it different or other thoughts I may have missed.

One question...did you cover the bottom of the hatch with plywood? Code here in the states would call for fire rated sheetrock or similar to retard any fire incursion into the attic/transfer into other parts of the house, and probably complete weatherstripping.
