Garage banners - where do you buy?

Hi,

Does anyone have some good websites / links for buying garage banners in vinyl?
I am looking for a classic Dunlop sign to go with my Gulf theme.

Searched Ebay, but the vendors seem a bit sketchy, or I just get forwarded to foregin websites not necessary interrested in my garage-pimping ideas/needs.

They are probably sketchy vendors because it's illegal to make and sell them without the companies permission.

Most sellers have a pretty extensive history, so you can be pretty confident you're going to get your goodies. If they're not in the US it might take a while longer to arrive.

Several of the vendors on eBay have lots of history and positive reviews. Avoid vendors in china and you should be fine. I wouldn’t over think it, it’s just a banner.

I bought a few from fleabay and crapazon. They aren't high quality, but they work.

In the US there are local companies that make up banners for various purposes, here's one example: https://www.fastsigns.com/products/custom-banners-signs-graphics/custom-banners/ If a person wants a banner for personal use I'd think they would be able print up a custom one, if the customer provided a design. There may be similar companies in your area.

Ebay and esty. Ive got a few Ive stretched over a frame like canvas. Takes a $15 banner and turns it into a custom wall art. The stretch and depth finishes it off nicely.

I'd be surprised if a corporate sign shop would print a copyrighted logo for an individual person for their home.

I was a road race official, and the vendors and advertisers would zip tie banners to the fences and as soon as they left the spectators would come and cut them down.

Summit racing sells them, so do most companies list them on their web site.

I've had luck with asking the promotors at the local race tracks if I can have them when they are packing up after the races.

Of course, I also know a couple guys that go to the races with a set of wire-cutters in their glovebox, as well.

In any case, there's never any banners left on the fences by the time the races are finished.

Definitely Etsy, just ordered a Harley Davidson one today. It’s coming from Turkey so we’ll see how that goes.

One of those ideas that you slap your forehead and say why didn’t I think about that. Our family had a frame shop and all of the equipment. Looks good.
