Above 1200 Sq/FT Garage barn build - almost done

Wokspaces above 1200 squarefeet.
I’m not sure how old it is - the house was built in 1850 but so much has been added/updated over the years, I just don’t have lot of info. It is not insulated at all but we do have heat - a LOT of heat. Propane heater on the lower level, a full furnace and 2 very powerful propane fired panel heaters on the upper level. The winters can get cold but it’s not like some parts of the country where it can really get bitter cold for 5 months. I will basically just leave the furnace set to 50 when no one is in there and can crank it and get it to 70+ degrees in about 10 minutes with everything turned up.
I can also turn the water off at the source if for some reason I was worried about freezing.

Welcome to PA. I'm about an hour east of Pittsburgh. I've never felt as poor as now looking at your pics! Stunning set up for sure.

A couple of barn updates:
1) I installed a basic but very convenient wall mount, retractable hose pressure washer on the lower level. I'm very aware that this a cheap/consumer grade pressure washer that the likes of Matt from Obsessed Garage would throw up on but I have this for very light/occasional duty and can't beat the simplicity and small footprint. I have too many cars and too much back pain to properly wash all my cars so I have a detailer come out every 4-6 weeks and wash 5-10 cars at a time so this is really meant for the occasional interim light cleaning or just blasting brake dust off wheels. That said, I have used it a few times and it is really very easy to get an acceptable job in about 15 minutes. It comes with a foam cannon attachment so all I do is a 3 minute foam, let it sit a few minutes, then a 5 minute pressure wash off, then 5 min with a leaf blower to get most of the water off, followed by light spray with a drying agent/quick detailer and final dry with a nice large drying towel. The whole process is quick, safe on the car, requires minimal labor and bending of my back and the setup/cleanup is a snap since the hose retracts very nicely with a simple tug. Highly recommended for light duty use like me.
2) Ordered another Challenger lift for the upstairs level which will be right next to the current lift and avoid having 3 cars blocked in at all times like the current configuration.

That is an absolutely gorgeous barn and property you have there!
Though looking at the overhead pics it doesn't look out of place there, that looks like a very prosperous area.
