It hasn’t rained here in over a month so of course we get 2 inches on the day they start on the new garage, but right now we need the rain more than the garage. We will see how it goes tomorrow.

It’s going to be 40’ wide and 30’ deep with a 12’ lean to on both 40’ sides, 2 10 x 10 garage doors, 2 walk through doors and 2 windows. The inside will be a combination man cave, tool storage and parking for the Polaris Ranger. The back lean to will be storage for tractor implements. The front lean to is for cooking ou.

The weather will do this once you've excavated 6"-8" below grade. Ditching especially makes it rain!😆
Sounds like a nice building and good luck with the weather. Keep adding your progress pictures here.👍

Congratulations, looks great. Are the 10x10 doors under the right lean-to? Is this your design or ?
Yes the 10 x 10 doors are under the right lean-to. I don’t know that I would call it my design, I told the builder what I was looking for and this is what we came up with. I want a lean-to on both sides but also wanted to be able to drive my tractor in without folding the ROPS down.
