I am in need of a garage builder in North Central PA. I live in Shinglehouse, PA which no one in the world has heard of, but I am close to Olean, Ny and Coudersport, PA (still not very well known cities.. LOL)

I have contacted the handful of local guys and I have gotten some response, but I don't feel very comfortable with any of them. One is a barn builder who doesn't seem to get the fact that I want it stick built and the other guys are small general contractors that don't seem to think my project is worth quoting (40x60x16).

After doing a ton of research on here, I found FordSteel's garage build and saw that he was very close to me and had some Amish build his garage. It looked like they did an excellent job and I was trying to find out who did his build to see if they might be interested in mine.

If anyone knows who I might be able to contact in this area for a building, it would be much appreciated. I have already been through the phone books and Google Maps... maybe I'm just not searching for the right thing.

I'd even be interested in buying a package and hiring labor to put it up, but I can't seem to find any place nearby that provides that service.

CB structures is based out of PA not sure if they cover your area, i'm in upstate NY, they did mine this summer. Did a great Job, even had a friend stop and look at it and he called them and had them build one for him.

DIYPolebarns.com sells kits that size and will also set you up with a local builder to do the work at a pre-negotiated price. While i cant vouch for there "preferred" builders I can vouch for there customer service and kit quality.

Good stuff to keep it short!

Thank you for the contacts. I have quotes coming from CB Structures and Timberline.

Schtauffer... My buddy who built a pole barn last year gave me your name and said you might be interested in quoting doors for my building. Two 12x12, one 10x10, three 3' man doors.
