Garage Builders in Northern VA

Looking to see if anyone knows of builders in northern VA that build custom garages and are good. No fly by night guys. I got a quote from the builder the built my house and want to compete the build. I am also looking for someone that will develop blue prints to be able to take my design and place on paper so I can cost it with other builders. If there are easy to use programs, let me know.
