My current under house workshop/Garage is building on top of ledge. I spent a year breaking out many areas so I could make it flat enough to pour the floor. There are several areas that I poured directly over the ledge. I have a 10mil vapor barrier under everything and over the rocks. I want to seal or epoxy the floor. I poured a month ago. My shop gets very damp cause of all the ledge. I am in the dry season so I could put down either but I'm afraid a couple months from now the water will start flowing around and through the ledge. I have it redirected into drains under the floor. I plan to use this as a shop and will spill oil/gas etc... What is my best options? I am not looking for a show piece but would like some protection...
