Ok, now that the outside of my 40' x 60' garage is complete I am starting to think about what kind of ceiling to install inside. The trusses are 48" oc so that is where my problem comes in...well maybe not a problem, but I am just not sure what I can do. I do want to insulate the ceiling as well. A couple local farmers are using a white plastic material that gets attatched to the bottoms of the trusses and has black straps running in one direction and then thin wood strips running along the bottoms of the trusses holding it up. I will be sectioning off a 20'x20' photography studio for my wife within the building and would need to use drywall in that area but I'm unsure what I can do with the large spacing of the trusses...any ideas???

You can run furring strips perpendicular to the trusses -- that way you can have 24" or 16" spacing. No sag.
