Garage Ceiling Truss Mods

Getting a lift next month, need ideas on what you all did to gain height in your ceilings.I plan to vault center of ceiling for car roof. About 4 trusses, stick built in the 50's. Ceiling height is 9' 3" I want 12' .Ideas and pics greatly appreciated.
