Garage Condensation Problem

I have a 40X60 pole building that is two different sections There is a 30X35 Shop area that has a peaked roof with trusses and an L shape addition surrounding it. The Addition has a flat steel roof. The last few days it has been in the 50's-60's. I hadent been in the addition part of the garage for a while until I went in last night. The two cars I keep back there were covered in condensation. The first thing I did was look at the floor and it was bone dry but the ceiling was covered in condensation so much so that it was actually dripping onto the cars. The wall that seperates the two garages was also covered in condensation. I have never seen a roof sweat before I was wondering if there was a way to prevent this or a reason that it was happening? I am going to post pictures when I get home so you can see what it looks like. Thanks for any help.

No vents on the roof. I am going to work on getting a vent along the side of the garage this summer I guess. When I got home last night I figured I may as well just open the garage doors and the whole garage dried out in a matter of 20 min. So the ventalation is definitly the problem.

I'm going to invest in a exhaust fan. They come in different sizes and air flow(cfm's). I'm thinking about adding a thermostat to run it at different times.
I can't regulate the temp inside due to lack of heating options, so kinda hoping the fan helps with the condensation!!

it will I have a steel garage and I wanted to heat it so I took duct tape and sealed the to vents on the peeks which were only like 20 6"x1/2" loovers bent in the steel on each side in the winter time I would heat it with no problem but once the sun came out the condensation started. I took off the tape and got a bigger heater and havent had a problem since. The vents I blocked were small but once I took off the tape no more problem so it really dont take much maybe even one of those spining ones
