Garage Outside Corner Repair

Just moved into a house,

Wanted to run this by you guys, would https://www.homedepot.com/p/Sika-1-Qt-Ready-Mix-Concrete-Patch-Repair-7116120/300934568 this be the best thing to repair this? (See attached photo)

To my eye that looks like EFIS IE fake stucco mostly latex paint and sand applied over Styrofoam. If I am right understand a lot of homes built with this system failed to follow the direction and this allows water to get to the wood so it rots.

Even if it was install according to the directions the only thing keeping water out of the walls is the calking around the windows making an annual calking inspection and repair eccentric.

it looks like a couple of dings in the corner to me . sand mix self bonding, hydraulic cement , anything like that will work.

I like Sika products a lot. They do what they say they will, if you follow the directions, and most times if you don't.

It will work fine. It stays soft more than 24 hours, so don't futz with it after you apply it.
