You'll have roughly $2500 in block depending on the price, roughly 1250 block, depending on where you are at, for a foundation, gravel, slab, probably $7000 in just the foundation and floor, then you have approx $1000 for a garage door, $1500 in trusses, $300 in a man door, approx $300 in OSB for the roof sheeting, $1000 in misc. lumber, nails, etc, Not counting labor for the block laying or for the brick and laying of the brick. It could be done for anywhere from maybe $15,000.00 upwards to $45,000.00 depending in which part of the country you live in and how much you can do yourself. Can you put on the trusses, sheeting, shingles/roofing, or would that have to be contracted out. Way many variables in there.
