I live in a conventional semi-detached house (in Leeds) and am thinking of building a garage at side (adjoining the house). Thinking it would be about 5 metres long and it would be about 3 metres wide. Double garage doors at front and normal door at the rear (into rear garden). For aesthetic reasons would prefer pitched, tiled roof but realise ‘flat roof’ may be less expensive. I know there are probably loads of variables which make it difficult to be accurate but just after some indication? Anyone have any idea how much(ish)?
