Hello all I'm newer to this forum and this will be my first thread. Little over a year ago my wife and I got a new house with a four car garage. I'm into cars and love to tinker a little so a house with a little larger garage was great for me. It is not as large as many I see on this forum but four times bigger than I had. For years I have been collecting some signs to go in my garage some day so I'm going to post up some progress on my new garage. If anyone has any input feel free to speak up. I'm going to start with one of my latest finds.

Thanks and I hope this is a little entertaining to some of you.

Fun stuff, I like these. I am a volunteer at my ATV club. I score a few unusable signs (Minister of Transport) that I put around my garage.

Have fun searching, selecting and installing them. Having fun is what it's all about :)

Welcome to the GJ. I like the beginning of your adventure. If you need a Maine license plate, send me a PM.

Little more and one of my favorite signs. Simple but says it all.

My wife always feels left out in the garage so I was at a junk shop the other day and I found one just for her. The arrow points at the door into the house.

I too have a collection of license plates, but only from vehicles I've owned/driven. So I'm not ever going to make it to all 50 states.

I'm sure I have a "California" spare laying around if you need one.

Regardless of the fact that the ebay ad says it's a "vintage" sign, I'm pretty sure it's new. I saw one identical to it at a shop here a couple of weeks ago...

I was not worried if it was old or not. I just knew I would get the response you see in the picture.

Yeah, "Authentic" does not mean it's old or original, it means it's 'like' something old and original

Welcome to GJ. You will run out of wall space before you know it then what you will need is a BIGGER garage. We can follow the construction right here on GJ.

I have an idea about building a oversized four car behind the house but that will be a couple years down the road. My back yard is a hill so I'm thinking the back half may have a basement for storage. Has anyone here done anything like that? I did try to look around but never did find anything about it. Maybe one day I can document the build of a garage out back?

Thanks for all the welcoming posts. I'm going to do my best to keep them coming.

Trust me, no matter how big you build it, it won't be big enough. :D

Love the signs. Hoping to score some great ones for my shop as time goes on. My wife would have given me the same look as well. #Winning

If you have one you want to let go that would be great.

Well got stalled on updates. The whole having to work is getting in the way of the garage. I do have a couple of new bigger signs to hang.

Going to build a light box for this one.
