i like a little(lot) decor in my garage, how about you guys? i just rebuilt this garage and decided to hang a few things on the wall. everything is either high up or tight to the wall. the main garage is barren except for the tool cart and lift, well one corner has the fridge and lift casters. there is a tool/parts room for everything else. show your pics!

You might get better exposure by posting in the gallery, but I'll haqve to dig up some of my older pics to show. Just recently I added my addition on and have bare walls in there, and with repairing the walls in my existing garage, I pulled everything off so I can repaint those walls.

As far as your walls, they look great, and like you, I like my walls decorated. It gives a garage a warmer feeling I think. Where did you get your "Fire it up" letters at? I like that. Although it is almost like the Gas Monkey spinoff "Fired Up" garage, or something like that. Maybe it IS "Fire it up"

I'd be interested in your extra plates...lol

I think '69 was the best looking 1st gen, by a long shot. No wonder GM copied it decades later.

I like signs, cool banners, basically anything that could fill unused wall space in a tasteful manner is good. Your shop is a good example. Not cluttered, some nice vintage stuff displayed as it should be. Good thread. Thanks.

Not to mention the ENORMOUS blower on the shelf, next to a bunch of expensive looking intakes and 4 speeds..

What is that, an 8-71?

I'm trying to figure out: What are those things hanging on the wall in the last picture? The bars with the large grey wheels in the middle? Is/are they some type of table? I can't figure it out.

:dunno:
