Im planning my retirement garage build. Thinking 40x60. Sunken by 6 feet to look single story on outside but with high interior.

Anyways, tired of dealing with people. Time to design and contract myself.
Engineer is my career. So software is not new.

What is the best software available for design of this garage build?

What is everyone using?

Most people are using sketchup these days. Free and powerful. If you want to be fancy, use Rhino.
