Garage design... Thoughts?

Hey I've been looking into a garage/shop design that I've been interested in for a while. Its a 28'x26' shop with a storage lean to off the back of it that measures 6'x26'. The front wall is 10' tall. Peak is set at 16'. It will have a loft/"living room" area up there with a tv and couches, possibly a fridge. Bathroom is under the stairs going to the loft.

For tool storage, it'll have a set of 3 US General bottom cabinets built into a frame with a workbench over them.

This is my first design ever that I've gotten this far on, let me know how I'm doing!

Cool design. You might want to put some gutters or some bigger overhang on the front or stuff will get wet when it rains/melts.

Beware of this site! There are so many great ideas! I was originally planning a 24x30. After being on this site for awhile, my plans changed to 30x40, then 30x48. I may go with a 30x48, but I'm considering 30x60. I like your idea of the loft for some space to hang out. Good luck with your plans.
