Garage door adjustment

I just had 2 9x8 doors put on my garage and it was raining hard today and I noticed that the bottom of the doors are letting a fair amount of water in.

I am going to contact the installer, seems to me that the doors have to come down to the floor some more, but was wondering how this is done?

1 door has a reg set up, and the other door has a high lift set up, if this makes any sense!

Thanks dave.

I could be wrong, but I believe some openers have an adjustment for the closing height

I think there are different ways of setting it up, but that may be the recommended spring tension for a door opener to work right. The springs are in the most tension and give the most lift assist when most of the door is verticle and heaviest. If you have it adjusted for less tension (push harder against the ground), it'll be noticeably harder to lift. This is assuming all is installed and working right.
