Hello, I have a 16' garage door, and it appears that the bottom panel is bowed in a bit, so the middle sits on the concrete before the outsides do, leavings gaps on the outside edges. Is there any way to unbow the panel. It has the metal struts on it. It is an insulated metal door.

I would remove the bottom strut and check it for straightness. If the door is bent, the strut is bent, and as long as you have a bent strut on it, the door will stay bent.
If you find a bent strut, replace it, and the door should be straight too.

If it's bowed inwards you can put a tension cable that runs the full width of the door with a center strut and turn buckles on the cable to push the bottom outwards.

Pictures...

Is it always the same or does it change summer/winter?

I just had one door I fixed - dealer had installed one 2½" strut - manufacturer was calling for 4 @ 3" struts for the door... Made a significant difference once installed...
