Just wanted to get an opinion from the fine folks on GJ, does this seem reasonable?
Haas commercial 600 series door
1 3/8" Thick
R-13.45
18'x10'
inner/outer - 26 GA V-Groove Woodgrain Steel
installed with high lift track
~$2,500

That sounds like it's in the ballpark. A paid about $1500 for 16x8 about 10 years ago so I would say that is about right since it's larger and inflation and all.

Sounds decent. I just ordered two 18x8 overheads same insulation same door style. I paid $1500 a piece with install and WITHOUT an opener. Considering you have a high track upgrade, 10' tall, and "commercial" grade, its pry in the ballpark.
