garage door debate? panel or roll up?

i am in the process of building my 30x50 shop and i am pricing doors sized 12ft wide 10ft tall, my dad has non insulated sectional or panel doors on his shop and they have been in use for about 20 years still holding strong but getting flimsy. my grandpa has roll up doors in his new shop and while i like the roll up style his doors rattle when the wind blows and its an awful noise...

so my question is do they make a better style insulated roll door that wont rattle like the apocalypse is right outside?

otherwise im probably gonna go with insulated panel doors
