Depends on the wheels/tires, 2x or 4x and whether it has been lifted. Why not just measure the truck?

Yea, but what if you want to bring the truck in the garage with the bed loaded with a tall object? I'd go with at least an 8' door if you think that's a possibility. You can always set the door so it doesn't open all the way, but its really tough to make the opening bigger once the door is installed!

My stock height '97 F250 4x4 barely fits under a 7' door. My radio antenna eventually rubbed a trough through the opening in my old house.

Doors in my new house are 8', so not a problem any longer.
