Garage door identification

I have a 16' garage door on a building I just purchased and need to figure out who made it. It has some fairly unique features:
1. It is insulated with alum/steel sheet.
2. The sheetmetal creates integral ribs on each section.
3. It has an invisible/concealed torsion? spring with dial adjustment on both ends.
4. It has a gear on the torsion bar at the center support.

I am hoping this gear is for a jack shaft style opener as I want to replace the standard model.

Wayne Dalton, the internal spring system is called a Torquemaster or TMS. It will not work with a sidemount operator, they do make an operator called the I-Drive for it but i would recommend not getting one. Some work great some don't, do a websearch on them and see what you come up with. It is possible to take the TMS system down and convert it to standard torsion.

What Nova said. The WD TMS is a crappy system, in my opinion. I have never repaired that system, just replaced them with standard torsion systems. If you just bought the building and are unsure of the age of the spring, it may be a good idea to replace it anyway. I have seen those spring systems break within a year of installation. My advice is to get the spring system converted, then choose an opener that has proven itself reliable.
